We get to collaborate and promote our courses and classes with some wonderful partners, none more so than Wonderdays.

A few weeks back, they sent Ollie the videographer to capture some of the magic of our Introduction To The Potter’s Wheel

Ollie was charming and totally ‘got’ the Pottery and all we strive to achieve with our creative business.

We cant wait to see what he does with the moving images and photographs he took. Think the results are heading for YouTube? – Watch this space!

Once again we’ll be heading on down to Countrytastic to share our love of working with clay with thousands and thousands of families.

If you’ve never been to Countrytastic, we can whole heartily recommend. It’s perfect for families looking for a great day out, packed full of activities and agricultural inspired fun.

We’ll be there encouraging young makers to model Super Hero Fruit & Veg. You’ll be able to take your creations away with you on the day to dry and paint at home.

Countrytastic is a one day event and takes place this coming Thursday 28th March 2024 at The Three Counties Showground in Malvern.

If the weather forecasters are to be believed, the Easter break is looking a bit grim to say the least.

Don’t let the rain dampen your holiday spirits. There’s loads of indoor, creative fun for children and grown-ups at Eastnor Pottery this coming school holiday.

We’re offering a Clay modelling class on Tuesday 2nd April at 11am for families to enjoy all together and our Introduction to the potter’s wheel for 14yrs+ has spaces available at 11am on Friday 5th April – perfect for couples and small groups.

You can check availability and book online right here on the Eastnor Pottery website

We look forward to welcoming you to the Pottery very soon :)

A couple of recent messages from participants who just had the best time ever on our Potter’s Wheel Courses and Classes… Safe to say we think they may have caught the bug!

“I just wanted to say thanks so much for all your guidance and for the course on Saturday.  I really really loved it, and got so much out of it, so thank you both and to Ellie too.  I’ll definitely be recommending your courses to my friends and colleagues.  I loved the course so much so, that I really would like to keep going with it, and want to buy my own wheel.  You mentioned that there were good wheels on amazon; would you be able to give me some advice on which one to buy/places where I could buy a second hand wheel?  I also wondered if there was a supplier you’d recommend to buy extra bits and pieces and clay? I’m going to find a place locally so that I can continue my learning and develop the skills I learnt on Saturday! Thanks so much, again.” Kenny

“I had a taster session with you in December and loved it! so much that I’ve bought myself a wheel! but I wanted to ask what clay we used please? I have no idea what to buy and its only for fun to start with, I won’t be using a kiln but I remembered you saying that it would air dry”  Jess

Thank you Kenny & Jess and we look forward to seeing your studio pottery careers blossom!

Happy Valentines Day!

Did you buy your loved one a potter’s wheel experience for Valentines?

There’s nothing quite like sharing the delights of  throwing a pot on the potter’s wheel with your soul mate…so much fun too as clearly demonstrated by Alex and her fella!
