Just too brilliant
Someone reading the overwhelmingly positive feedback might be forgiven for thinking Eastnor Pottery is just too good to be true.
It appears TripAdvisor’s very own algorithmic filters have decided this to be the case and in a single purge have removed over 200 of our reviews from the platform.
100% Authentic
We can categorically confirm all our reviews and responses are 100% genuine.
No comeback
Despite our best efforts and banal conversations with Dolly, the TripAdvisor AI ‘Content Integrity’ bot, we have been unable to solicit an explanation as to why this has happened. No one to contact, no redress, just 200+ reviews quite suddenly deemed not to comply with ‘Trip Advisors submission guidelines’
We feel unfairly censored and aghast there is nothing we can do about it.
The loss of an archive
Course participants have been sharing their experiences of Eastnor Pottery on TripAdvisor for nearly 20 years. We enjoy reading the reviews and consider it of upmost importance to personally respond to each one. When you consider the magnitude of the accumulated text, hours and hours of work have been deleted in an instant.
Consolation
On a positive note, 490 of your lovely five-star testimonials remain on the platform. We love our little business and get so much joy from sharing our passion for pottery with you.
