Mobile pottery sessions
We’ve been delivering mobile pottery sessions for over x30 years and as a result, have partnered many organisations – some of which we work with year in, year out. The Three Counties Agricultural Society is a prime example.
Over the years, the Flying Potter has been a staple at all their major shows including the Royal Three Counties Show, RHS Autumn Festival, Countrytastic and most recently RHS Spring Gardening Festival.
The Discovery Zone

This year we took up a Sunday residency in the Discovery Zone, a hands-on space managed by the fabulous Art Studio Ross (brilliant art and craft experiences) Our remit was a simple one, to engage as many festival visitors as possible, encouraging them to make and take away garden inspired clay models.
Pottery is always a popular activity at outside events and as you can imagine, our tables were full for the duration. Families whiled away the hours making trees, bugs, birds and garden flowers, carefully transporting their precious artwork home in sandwich bags, paper cups and napkins. But it wasn’t just the children who had all the fun. No siree! Unaccompanied adults and couples were peppered around the tent, engrossed in their work and grateful for the opportunity to get creative with clay.

We love being hired to perform at the Malvern Showground and totally value the chance to work with so many people, all ages, all abilities, all in one place.
Thank you Three Counties Agricultural Society!
We can come to you!
We have worked with so many organisations and partners providing innovative, accessible pottery sessions for all ages and abilities. Large numbers of participants (as many as 1000 a day!) and collaborative sculpture a speciality.
