We love our hen party groups and today travel back to May 2017 when we hosted a beautiful celebration in our Potting Tent marquee. Spring sunshine was in abundance and the party of 17 made and painted coil pots as well as each taking a turn on the potter’s wheel.
After the clay had been cleaned away and the tables sponged down, the girls picnicked into the afternoon, proclaiming the day a blooming success.

“What a wonderful place this is! We went for my friends hen party with 17 ladies (and a man!). Jon made the whole afternoon fun and entertaining. We did coil pots and a taster on the wheel each which was spot on for what we wanted.
It’s the above and beyond elements that make this place so special. Nothing was too much trouble and we ran over time and were still allowed to use the beautiful marquee for our picnic afterwards.
