‘The Printed Garden’ at Waterperry Gardens.

Our very own Sarah Monk is currently exhibiting in ‘The Printed Garden’ at Waterperry Gardens, Oxfordshire. She has been creating floral themed ceramics for The Gallery at Waterperry to compliment 7 talented print makers.

Sarah says; “It was great to meet gallery curator Kate when I was exhibiting at Craft Festival Cheltenham back in March. This is where I got hear of her plans and was invited to exhibit!”

What Sarah is exhibiting.

“I’ve created a colourful collection of cups & saucers, bowls & spoons, cream jugs, tea mugs and of course, a few of my very popular flower bricks.”

Sarah made a little reel on her Instagram page making one of her slab built butter dishes for the exhibition. Please take a look here!

A teal slab built pottery butter dish with a slanted lid. The piece has etched flower motifs. It has a curly handle and the tray has little round feet with white dots.

Opening Times.

Open every day, 10:00am – 5.00pm and free to enter.

The Gallery is housed in a restored 18th Century barn. Sarah’s work takes centre stage on the grand oak table in the middle of the room. Pat Havers, Head Gardener at RHS Waterperry has been regularly supplying fresh cut flowers including some stunning dahlias to display in Sarah’s flower bricks.

‘The Printed Garden’ continues untill the 2nd November 2025.
