Cancellations & refunds

Potter’s Wheel Experiences for Individuals

A 10% handling fee will be applied to any future changes you need to make to your booking – Including re-scheduling and refunds. This can be settled via BACS into Account: 03830985 Sort code: 09-01-50

In the event of unforeseen circumstances and you need to cancel *within 28 days of your experience, we’ll re-advertise your slot and if successfully filled, we’ll rearrange your booking (subject to availability and receipt of 10% handling fee.) Alternatively, we are happy for another family member or friend to attend in your place.

*NB if you cancel, for whatever reason, within 48 hours of your experience or fail to attend, your booking is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be re-scheduled. We strongly advise participants to take out separate cancellation insurance to cover any loss you may incur if you have to pull out of your booking last minute due to sickness / family emergency etc…

If we have to cancel a workshop, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund. We cannot accept liability for travel, accommodation or other costs.

Additions for Parties & Group bookings:

50% payment on booking is required to secure a time and date. We hold provisional bookings for x3 working days.

The balance must be received 14 days prior to the workshop. This can be settled via BACS into Account: 03830985 Sort code: 09-01-50

Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from date of issue.

You may extend your voucher by x3 months on receipt of 10% handling fee.

In unforeseen circumstances, vouchers can be transferred to a friend or family member.

Under-spend will remain on the voucher and can be redeemed against the cost of a future workshop providing it is undertaken within the expiry date.
