We had great fun working with delegates and companies at the Business expo 2017 organised by The Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce at The Three Counties Showground in Malvern.
Visitors and exhibitors didn’t need to be asked twice if they’d like to have a go on the wheel and at certain times, participants were queuing up to tackle the clay.
The juxtaposition of a muddy potter’s wheel in amongst the suits, glamour and business paraphernalia makes for a super photograph – as you can see, we took quite a few….
Jack, our Practical Demonstrator and Workshop Assistant has a keen interest in photography and was recently asked to document a local ploughing match.
We loved these particularly ‘muddy’ shots. More of Jacks work can be seen on the Trumpet Agricultural Society’s Facebook page.
So pleased with these ‘Values’ pottery tile panels we co-created with Malvern Parish C of E Primary School. Each child in the school contributed to the arts project by making and painting an individual tile.
The artwork is going to look stunning up onthe walls of the main hall and a creative reminder of the values that underpin the ethos of the School.
We are very proud of this terracotta totem pole created with children and staff at Abberley Primary School earlier in the Summer term.
