Staff from Leominster Infants and Junior schools combine their pottery talents at Eastnor Pottery in HerefordshireLeominster Infants and Leominster Junior Schools are joining forces and getting a brand new School in which to pool their resources. Although the building work wont be completed till Oct 2014 the staff from both camps have been getting to know each other at Eastnor Pottery.

All 42 teachers spent a very enjoyable and energised morning chatting and making a series of eight tile panels in the shape of Ryland sheep – a breed synonymous with the heritage of Leominster.

Once the tiles have been fired and glazed they will eventually be dotted around the new build for the children to discover in their new primary school – a bit like ceramic graffiti!
