Lottie from Eastnor Pottery helps visitor make a giant Hfds cider appleThousands and thousands of people attended the annual Hereford Celebration in King Georges V Park in the city. We provided free drop-in clay sessions for families, encouraging them to make collaborative cider apples. We ended up making x3 of the oversized ceramic sculptures. (Above) Lottie helps a young visitor attach her mini clay apple to the larger structure.

Once the apples have been fired and glazed they will appear, as much of our ceramic projects do, in Priory Cleaners, dry cleaners window in Ledbury high street.

Here’s some lovely photos from the day.
