In my capacity as The Flying Potter if I’m not delivering workshops, I’m usually travelling to or from the venue. The other day I’d arrived at a Children’s Centre in Birmingham, set up in plenty of time and found myself in the rare position of having time on my hands. I took the opportunity to muse and plan all the themes for our children’s pottery workshops that take place every school holiday.
So here they are!:
Easter hols – 10 & 11 April – ‘DRAGON’S DEN’ (make and paint)
May ½ term – 29 & 30 May – ‘STRAWBERRIES & CREAM’ (potters wheel)
Summer hols – 24 & 25 July – ‘BEACH HUT’ (make & paint)
Oct ½ term – 30 & 31 October – ‘LIGHT HOUSE’ (potters wheel)
