paw print coil pot made by a student from vale of evesham special school on a trip to eastnor pottery herefordshireOnce a year, around this time the Vale of Evesham special school pay a visit to the Pottery to make things for mothering Sunday. On this occasion the group of nine students made and painted clay mugs for their mums. Once the mugs were completed and the clay tidied away a hearty picnic was shared out, washed down with tea, cake and fresh coffee.

It’s always a lovely session and one both Sarah and myself look forward to -It’s a privilege to share our pottery skills with such an intimate and interested group of young people.
